  • Our pricing is clear and transparent. We believe your business and your needs are unique and that our fee should reflect the work required to provide you with the level of service you need.

    Once we have agreed on the services you would like our help with, we calculate fees considering the number of transactions, the size/complexity of the business and the amount of work needed to complete each month/quarter as well as the quality of the records.

    The fixed fee for each service will always be clearly broken down in our tailored proposal.

    Our clients tell us they prefer smaller monthly fees rather than a large lump sum at the end of the year, so our fees are monthly by direct debit, with 12-month minimum terms

  • We’re based in Greenwich, London but operate digitally so can serve any UK-based business.

  • Don’t worry – most of our clients switch from a previous accountant and the process is simpler than you might expect and we can do most of the heavy lifting for you. We’ll just need the contact details of your current accountant. We do ask you to notify them that you are changing accountants (we know – the difficult and awkward part) and agree a date that they will stop acting for you before we get in contact. Once you’ve given us the all-clear, we’ll get on and request all the information we need from them. Year end is always a good time to make a switch (it’s a little easier then), but it can be done at any time. Once we have all the information we need, we can complete our onboarding process and start working together!

  • We are ICAEW chartered accountants. This means that the service we provide is regulated by a reputable professional body and you can be reassured that we have the qualifications, experience and up-to-date knowledge and training necessary to advise you. We are also bound by a Code of Ethics which means you can trust us to be professional and responsible.

  • We work with Xero. We love it because it automates and simplifies time-draining accounting processes so you can get back to doing the things that truly matter to you. As Xero is based in the “cloud”, your numbers are accessible to you and us anywhere and anytime so we can easily collaborate and have a real-time snapshot of how your business is doing.

    We also work with Dext Prepare which helps you manage all your receipts and invoices and get them uploaded into Xero with minimal fuss and effort.

    Once we have these foundations nailed, we can also recommend a customised ‘app stack’ based on your business needs and challenges. These are apps that work well together and can integrate seamlessly into Xero to either streamline tasks (such as payments, credit control) or provide you with valuable information (such as cash flow forecasting) to help you run your business better.

  • If they are using Xero, yes you can. While we’d love to take over your bookkeeping, excellent bookkeepers can be like gold dust and we understand if you would like to hang onto yours. We’ll always look to develop a good working relationship and keep in contact with them, so that everything runs smoothly for you.

  • Yes - we want to empower you to run your business better and are happy to show you how to use Xero/Dext and any other software we recommend.
